I can't log into my account. What can I do?

First of all - thank you for supporting our open-source work!

If you can't access you pro account or log into flowbite.com then you should consider the following scenarios:

make sure that you followed the instructions from the activation email that you receive from no-reply@flowbite.com to set up your account
make sure that the email you've entered at the checkout process is the same as the email you're trying to log in with
there's a possibility you had a typo in your email, in this case reach out to our private support channel and we'll help you out
the pro account gives you access to the download files and the blocks collection
on rare occasions there can be a delay of up to 10 minutes until our payment provider processes the purchase
sometimes the activation email from Flowbite ends up in the SPAM folder of your inbox

If none of these helps you get access to your pro account then we kindly ask you to reach out to us via the private support channel and we'll get back to you under 24 hours.
